TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
By submitting this application to join the Billionaires Club, you agree to the following legally binding terms under the Laws of the United Republic of Tanzania:
- Membership Compliance: You agree to abide by the Club Constitution, by-laws, and resolutions passed by the General Meeting.
- Financial Obligations: Members must adhere to the contribution schedule, including monthly savings, Jamii Fund, and any agreed-upon fees. Failure to contribute may lead to suspension as per Section 4 of the Constitution.
- Data Privacy: You authorize the Club to store and process your personal data for membership management and audit compliance in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- Audit and Verification: All applications are subject to a 48-hour verification period. The Board reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet the club's integrity standards.
- Code of Conduct: Members must maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding club matters and act in the best interest of the collective growth of all members.
I hereby confirm and declare that all information provided in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false information is grounds for immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
